Health drink for pregnant women
I am 35 yrs old and 6 months pregnant. I want to consume health drink with minimum sugar content on daily basis. I have checked that Ensure diabetic is good for pregnant women to consume but that also has 12.9 g sugar in per 100gm powder. Vitamin D deficiency
I have very low vitamin levels- 11.3
I tried supplementing with vitamin D supplements but everytime I take them I feel anxious, hot flashes, insomnia and leg and lower back pain. I do not know what is causing this because I have tried multiple supplements and they all cause the same effects. What should I do?

Weight and Muscle Gain With Height
I need veg diet plan with proper guide to gain 10 kg withing 7 to 8 months and muscle gain.
I work 12-hour shifts, and along with that I rotate between night and day shifts every 15 days. Because of this, I don’t get enough time to go to the gym or follow a proper diet.
So please suggest something simple—like if I can manage a little vegetables and basic nutrition, and maybe take some capsules or supplements for support. I really need proper guidance because I seriously have a big time constraint.
I want to gain around 10 kg of weight within 7–8 months, and I also want some muscle. My body is very thin right now, so even achieving this much would be enough for me.

Weight increase and stagnation
Hello doctors. I have been diagnosed with PCOD, in 2024, my weight was 67kgs and till 2025, it was 67, but then it started increasing by a lot and now Im stuck at 75kgs. I walk and play badminton every day, getting 10k+ steps every day, but I see no signs of weight loss. I also skip lunch and dinner as much as I can, but I still dont see any result. Stagnant weight is also giving me issues in periods, I haven't had mine since I stopped my medicines, which was in November 2025. Please help
