Guidance on Intermittent Fasting OMAD

I am keen on starting OMAD Intermittent Fasting (eating between 9pm to 10pm). I have tried it  for a month before and observed good results in terms of reduction in weight and inches. Better energy levels and overall good feeling. Did not face any adverse effects like feeling drained out or weakness. Except of feeling hungry between 4.30 pm to 5.30pm. Now I want to start it again with better scientific approach and guidance. Please let me know where can I get consultation for the same.

Struggling with weight gain due to IBS

Hello doctor, I have had IBS (mainly diarrhea dominant) for the past 5 years ..I have frequent poops 3 -4 times a day. I have worked as a software engineer for the last 4 years. I have recently joined the gym and go 3 times a week. Can you guide me on what diet to follow? I don't know if protein powder is required. I don't drink milk as it triggers my symptoms so I don't know which smoothie is suitable. My height is 5.1'' and weight is 47 kg. I also do some yoga in between gym days. I take 7 hours of sleep at night. I have a stressful job but still try to find time for exercise and eat home cooked food.

Hi I am.46 years old female Would.like.to restrict to two meals a day strictly to avoid insulin resistance or diabetes in the future..one in the morning and one around 3.30 noon Can have salad, roti/rice, sabji, dal for the second meal but can fruits dryfruits,seeds be included in the breakfast  immediately after or before having carbs (poha, upma, etc )without having any break Is this healthy?
