My son age 4.5 years checked ige 1.6 month before that time it was 3000 and doctor prescribed montair 4mg for 2 months. In this 2 months he didnot get any infection or wheezing attach.we checked ige now 2 days before that time it doubles to 6000.how this happened?? How this can be cured??

Hi doctor My daughter is 9 years old.. From past few weeks we are observing that she sneezes oftenly  early morning and sometimes during day time as well. but she has no cold And she complains of leg pain below knee Kindly suggest is it something Can i give monatair lc syrup ? Please suggest Thanks

Last month my daughter got severe pneumonia only high fever and no other symptoms. She got hospitalised for 8 days. Faropenem was given in treatment . Post treatment after one month she again got little cough. We consulted doctor. Medicine allegra and mucolite was prescribed. For 1 week. But after that her appetite is reduced and don't show interest in food. Today treatment of 7 days over but she again has little cough and loose motion.  As it's Summer but we were not giving her any cold food. She was having cough so we offered boiled egg but she went loose motion 2 times. Is anything serious

Local doctor ko check karai to vaccine ki advice di doubt ke base pe. Ustime maine nhe lagwai baad me ghar ke neeche ek clinic me lagwa di to unhone 0.5 ml vaccine hi di peeche hip pe. 3rd day doctor ke pass gyi jinhone vaccine ki advice di thi to unhon aage thigh me puri vaccine lagai full ml aur bola ki peeche thigh me nhe lagate hai. Ab mujhe ye smjh nhe aarha hai ki phli 0.5 ml dose safe hai ya asar nhe kregi. Baki ki to 4 dose sahi lagegi but first dose 0.5 ml hi lagi.vaccine name rabivax -s. Scratch image bhi add krdi hu

Hello, my 2 year old baby had fever and throat pain for 2.5 day( we give ibuprofen fever goes off and again comes back after 8 to 10 hr for those 2.5 day). Then fever was gone for the rest of the third day without any medicine. But next day (4th day)  he started coughing and sneezin a lot. We took him to doctor  in evening who said he got bronchitis. There was no visible breathing distress. Dr gave him puff and told us to also do at home 3 times a day. But after 2 hours of returning from doctor he got fever 101.5 (at night 10 pm). We gave ibuprofen. Fever came down. But again after 6 hour fever is back. Is it something serious? My main concern is fever went off more than 24 hour. Now again it is back.

Visited pediatric dentist today, baby is 2.5 months old she was diagnosed with posterior toungue tie at 2 month. They suggested to do thereoy for a month before release. Dentist told that dont have mich hope you can expect only 10% improvement after release. I am really worried. Should I continue therepy and leave the release for now. Baby takes expressed breast milk by bottle. The intake is very less 40-50 ml in a single feed. Baby feeds every two hours in morning. In night 4-5 hrs still take 60 ml only.feed is very slow. Cry has reduced in between feeding but not stopped

When I was changing diaper of my baby boy( 2 weeks old) he urinated and that urine was on his face and 2 drops that he tasted. Is it fine? M really worried. please guide He took formula feed 90 ml after that and pooped too Please help me
