Child Health Issues

Hello, My daughter is 18 month old and we got her vaccination done yesterday at a govt UPHC (DPT booster, Rubella etc). Since then, she isn't walking/willing to move her legs. She is sitting in only one position and isn't moving. I understand it must be painful for her but just want to ask if this is normal or should we again see her regular doctor? She got one shot on her thigh and one on her arm. She also isn't letting us put ice pack on the injection site. She had fever yesterday night and We are giving her paracetamol syrup (only if fever is there) as prescribed by the UPHC doctor. Her appetite has drastically dropped since yesterday too. Please help me with your valuable suggestions. We are very worried. Thank you.

I want to get guidance regarding my baby’s weight. She is currently 3 months 2 days old. Her weight on 07th april was 4.9 kg and was around 5.2 kg on 17th April. When checked again on 24th April, it was 5.2 kg. This suggests there has been little to no weight gain over the past 7–8 days. In terms of other parameters: She is active and alert Urine output is good and frequent Feeding is regular (I have been ensuring frequent and effective feeds) Apart from weight, she has shown good length growth. Her birth height was 46 cm, on 07th April it was 56.8 cm and on the 24th April it is around 60-61 cm. Lately, she has also started to appear leaner compared to earlier. Could you please advise if this short plateau in weight gain is acceptable at this stage. She is exclusively breastfed and takes 9-10 feeds in 24 hours. She also gives longer stretch of sleep at night with 1-2 feeds or maybe none sometimes.

My baby is almost 5 months old and passing loose foamy stool now in green color. He is taking tasiron already of 1 ml daily then vit d at night 0.5 ml. He has been doing green poop a lot from some days but the color changes to yellow also many times. He is active playing well bht gets distracted while feeding when heis awake making feeding difficult and feeds well while sleepy and in sleep. Is there any concern with the foamy green stool and is it normal ?also is it normal that at this age baby poops like little to moderate around 20 times jn the day . He is exclusively on breastfeeding only

Hello dr , my baby is two years old and he is having constipation issues and tried medicines which are suggested by dr for a few months while taking medicines no issues seen but after completing the medicines course again the same issue repeats. So I started to give 2 prunes daily and with other fruits( mostly high sugary fruits he likes)  in day but is it ok to give daily with other fruits does this anyway affect his sugar level and cause any long term issues ?

My child is 6 year old (girl). She hits all milestones on time and is active. Birth weight was 3.11 kg but we have faced struggle in weight gain in later years. Her appetite is much better now. She eats nutritious food and loves fruits and vegetables.  Not a picky eater. Currently she is only 15kg and 108 cm in height. We try to include more protien ( vegetarian). However now seeing other kids who has similar  diet or even picky eaters developing body well,  we are wondering whether we should be worried? Any tests or examinations to be done? Or are we worrying simply

My baby girl birth weight was 3.2kg.. at 2.5 month my baby weight was 5.8... bt now my baby is 3 month 7days old but my babg weignt is decreasing 5.6... plz guid for weight gain.. and reason for weight loss?

My son is 2 years old he often does" yes yes " or "no no " like head nodding when he angry or want to communicate, breastfeeding, when he is  bored but he is easily distracted when we call his name or touch him, sometimes he makes sound with these movements like "hmmm". He generally do  2 to 3 sec and stop . Is this normal behaviour?

Hello docs... my baby is 7 days old... usually he remains sleeping entire day night... i wake him up two hourly for feeds... but what i have noticed as this is my second baby... he never startles whenever i touch him... or whenever there is any loud noise.... as my first baby used to have jerks n arm movements whenver someone touched her or whenevr she heard any noise...but with this baby i dnt see anything... even loud sound doesnt startle him....even i tried to check his moro reflex by holding his head from back slightly leaving it to check whether he will raise arms or not but he didnt.... is it normal for 7 day old.... when do moro reflexes n startle reflexes start...plzzz help

Hello doctors... I have 32weeks premature baby. she is  20days old now. Doctor suggest to lactodex sachet to weight gain. They told add 1 sachet to 25ml of breast milk is this safe. My baby is now 2kg. I gave like this from 10days. Tell me can I give 1 lactodex sachet mix with 25ml of breastmilk.
