Child Health Issues

My doctor prescribed me tasiron drops . 5 ml in the morning and 5 ml in the afternoon . My baby weight is 10 kgs . He is very active and has reached all his milestones but somehow doesn't take iron rich food . Should I administer such a high dosage ?

My daughter has frequent chough,it's been 2/3months already.we've been to the Doctors many times,they say it's an allergy cough and gave us medicines for cough and allergy along with saline drops and nebulizer.it gets better for a few days while she's on the medication but when the it's over it starts all over again.Sometimes when she choughs too much she starts wheezing and have chest retractions at night.she a very active and playful kid,she eats well and weigh 15.6kg.we've been to. 3/4 Doctors but has no positive result till now.

My Son has entered 6 months from this month and he is taking Aptamil gold stage 1 now, we want to start the stage 2 now since he started 6 months so wanted to check will we keep the same quantity or same needs to be increased. Also can we start stage 2 now or its after 6 months. Thank you.

My baby (breastfeed)is 1.5 month old from last 15 days she is not sleeping properly in Day time. Once she goes to sleep with in 10-15 min she wakes up. She awakes around 7-8 hours continuously in day time. She do yawn and she closes her eyes I put immediately sleep but again she wakes up and cry. I do burp for 10-15 min but she doesn't burp. No colic issue but still she facing the sleeping issue. Night she sleeps 3-4 hours continuously. I am afraid that she is not sleeping pls suggest

Hi My kid (12 years old) has had a preauricular sinus pit since birth. No drainage from it until recently.  We saw white fluid drained from the pit in February. It's been draining since then. Saw a pediatrician, and 2 ENT doctors.  So far he has taken 3 antibiotics so far. Taken Cephalexin for 7 days, bactrim for 10 days, clindamycin for 12 days. No relief. The drainage is still coming through. It's white and no smell. It comes when we pull the ear. It also comes when we don't pull the ear.  It's coming through the pit most of the time during the day. Mostly he will wear a band aid on that pit during the day and it comes out once we take off the band aid.  ENT said we can do surgery to close pit. But they said it's risky to do when discharge is still coming.  I am worried about going for surgery now. I am currently living outside India and planning to come to India for the surgery.  Does this need done immediately? Or surgery can be done later? having discharge for 2 months is ok?

My kid is 3 years now and having GDD. She is facing some developmental delays. Currently she is on therapy PT and OT for last 2 years and we can see good results. Wanted to ask if there are any good supplements for improving brain functioning as I understand in GDD both therapy and supplements works hand in hand. We are vegetarian hence may lag in omega 3, etc. though we try to keep a balance diet for her but still added supplements can surely help. Would be helpful if I get some good name of supplements available in market.

Hello doctors , My baby is 9 th month old and he is 9.5 kg . He is eating well playing well . But he is not sleeping for longer strech. In day time he will take nap for max 1hr 2 3 times and in night he is waking in every 2 hour despite of eating solids having formula milk and Bm he is not sleeping in longer stretches. We have consulted his pediatrician he told his growth is excellent and told to give iron rich food to improve sleep. I am giving him egg,  liver , masoor dal , moong daal, drumstick for iron but Still his sleep is disturbed. Today my friend told about magnesium lotion from eight roots brand for baby to improve sleep. Can I used it for baby ? Please suggest.
