Frequent stools

Typed text from the image: My baby girl is 8 months old. Frequently she is passing stools around 7 to 8 times, stool is pasty sometimes liquid. Also at 6 months her weight is 7.2 kg. After that she had bad diarrhoea and vomiting. Weight got reduced to 6.6 even before 7 months. At 7 months she stayed at the same weight (6.6 kg). Now at 8 months her weight is 6.6 to 6.8 kg. My pediatrician didn't suggest iron drops. She is also not eating well, only taking small quantities. What should be done?

Cough from almost a month

My son had mild cold almost a month ago and then wet cough started. Wasn't bothering him much and used to wake up once at night coughing, not vomiting. Since the cough didn't cure past 1 week I took him to pediatrician who suggested to give ambrolite syrup for 4 days. But his cough didn't improve and turned to dry cough. His pediatrician suggested some home remedies as my son was taking food and was active(suspected allergic cough). But he has wet cough again from last 4 days and wakes up 1-2 times at night(doesn't bother him much during day time). It's been a month since this is all stated and I'm really worried why his cough not going away. Should I go for some blood test ? Any medications needed? I'm giving him iron syrup based on recommendation from his pediatrician as he had bit of iron deficiency and vitamin d syrup once a week.

Astigmatism, Development Delay

Hi, My son is around 3 years old and has a development delay. For a few weeks we have noticed that he put pressure on one corner of the eye with finger and then moved his both eyes to one corner and focused on objects which are little far. We visited the paediatric ophthalmologist today and he told us there is refractive error in both eyes and the dilated eye exam needs to be done after that he will be prescribed the number. Also, My kid had Dengue Shock Syndrome when he was 4-5 months old. How much do we need to worry about refractive error issues? Does he need to wear spect's lifetime? Does Dengue Shoch Syndrome have anything to do with this refractive error or my child's development delay? Also, he has some redness in the eyes, so the doctor prescribed moxicip d, moxicip, pataone eye drops for one week. Are these safe? And Does both adults and children both have the same drops?
