Good noon.Greetings of the day.sorry to hear that your baby is not keeping well.
First of all is fever doccumented as since summer is round the corner kids do feel warm.to touch. So if measured temperature on thermometer is 99.5 and above only then you need to give Paracetamol.
Second dose of Paracetamol.is as per weight of the baby/ child ,so one has to adjust dose accordingly.
My wishes kid recovers soon
Next Steps
Maintain hydration and monitor pee count.
If fever persists, becomes more frequent or high grade get child assessed physically
Health Tips
Keep in cool environment.
Tepid sponging .

Give fever medicine only if there is fever above 99F. P250 can be in that case Fever is not dangerous for the child. Fever is created by the body to kill microbes. Wipe the body with water first always
If baby weight is 8 kg or around it then 2.5 ml of P250 is ok maximum 4 dose of it in a day 6 hours gap.But if no improvement in fever or any issues then take consultation here or with your regular Pediatrician
