My nephew has developed dark circles under eyes and i can observe sunken eyes too - is it normal or what could be the reason

I accidentally scratched my nephew with nail and it developed bit of cut /scratch which started bleeding i am worried i may have exposed him to kind of infection baterial viral like hiv std herpes tb cancer gods knows what . since i may have come in contact with high risk environment myself although i dont have any symptoms but we dont know what we carry - please guide me on this.I am attaching image

Hiii...my daughter is 6 years old...her weight is 24 kg...My daughter had mild nose bleeding last night. Maybe it happened because she came directly into an AC room after playing. It stopped within 1–2 minutes. Today in the morning, while brushing, when she spat, there was some black-colored, clotted spit—maybe dried blood from last night. Hi i am a mother of 2 months old baby i am feeling guilty and i was tensed because after delivery due c section is was unable to breast feed my baby for 5 days and during that time others in family they have only given 2 time formula per day and I was not knowing the consequences of it earlier but now I know so I feel terrific when I think about that and did my baby suffered low glucose level did any damage happend to her body as per now she is active by 2 months she has gained 1 kg please guide me

My 3 months old baby passed a small poop after 6 days usually he passes large poop once in a week is it ok or i have to consult a doctor as he didn't pass large poop
