This is not something that should be taken lightly. I would recommend a teleconsultation so that we can discuss the symptoms in detail, review the complete history, and understand what treatments have already been tried. At present, I have only been able to review a few of the reports. During the consultation, we can go through any additional reports, investigations, and relevant medical records to get a clearer picture of the condition.

A single 1+ urine protein result during fever is often temporary and can occur due to fever or mild dehydration. The current urine report does not suggest a urine infection. Please ensure good fluid intake and repeat a first-morning urine test once your child has recovered. If protein is still present, consult a pediatrician/nephrologist for further evaluation.
