Can  I take  hifenac sp during  breastfeeding? Is it safe to hace 3 days course of 6 tablets? 1 in the morning and one at night?

Hi, I have this pain in the top side tooth. Its not permanent severe pain but if food gets there it pains for few seconds or if i brush and bristle gets between the tooth space then it bleeds a bit. I have it for over 2 weeks now. The pain is mostly in the gum and not severe. I did not take any painkiller. I visited a denstist and got xray. They suspect an infection and possibly a root canal is needed which they called me again to check and confirm. I doubt if this is the case where root canal is done? Attaching the xray. Can you please guide on the possibilities before I get to the next appointment? Thanks.

I got my lower wisdom tooth removed six days ago. So much bone had to be removed to get the tooth out. I initially thought the swelling didn't go down and that's why it's still paining when it shouldn't. But when I checked it, there is a very painful hard mass inside my cheeks surrounding my extraction site. It's very painful and the pain has radiated to my ear and temple on the same side. I don't have fever or pus draining issue. What could it be? Is it an infection or an abscess? It's not responding to painkillers as well. And today, I also saw small white stuff inside my cheeks and on the extraction site. My socket doesn't look empty. It's filled with gum. So, I don't understand what is the issue.

I have these white spots for the last 2 months. Please tell me the medicine for it. I also feel swollen. The doctor has told me that it is leukoplakia and has prescribed a multivitamin.

I'm 25F. I was recently told i have bone loss due to alignment issues and that i should get Invisalign to reverse it. It's a huge investment so i want 2nd opinion. I'm really paranoid about getting tooth loss or mobility at this rate. How serious is it currently? And do i need Invisalign? I don't have any other medical conditions and brush and floss everyday

I have periodontal disease and generalized bone loss. I went to a dentist recently due to swelling in gums and he said we'd have to remove the molar because he can't save it so we allowed the extraction. Now I think I should have at least confirmed that this is the only way to go about it from other specialists. He mentioned grade 2 mobility in that molar and few  other teeth. He said that I have my wisdom teeth pushing into neighbouring teeth and due to my condition I'd lose all my teeth soon and all I can do is wait for it to happen. I have been prescribed rexidine-m forte gel+ sensoform gum paint to prevent any further loss. I had tartar buildup and I was recommended deep cleaning. But after that my gums have been very sensitive. I'm quite frustrated about this condition. Is there a way I can save my teeth? I'm attaching my x-ray from a month ago for reference.

From past 10 days I had a burning feeling on tongue no problem in eating just sensations today when I used tongue cleaner blood cane about I feel my tongue is rough all day.
