Hello
Please do not use hifenac or any other medicines on your own.
For breastfeeding patients, brufen is safest. And there is not enough safety evidence available for the use of serratiopeptidase. So hifenac sp is to be avoided.

Visit your dentist for the treatment rather than eating medicine for pain relief.

Chemists won't tell you which medicine will pass into the milk which will not.
Your dentist will guide you for your betterment.
Hello 🙂
Pain from wisdom tooth impaction is usually due to gum inflammation around the partially erupted tooth. During breastfeeding, pain relief medicines need to be chosen carefully. Paracetamol or Ibuprofen are generally safer options, while combination drugs may be advised only if pain is severe and under doctor supervision.
Along with medicines, warm salt water rinses and proper cleaning around the wisdom tooth area can help reduce discomfort. Since this problem can recur, a clinical evaluation is recommended to decide whether minor gum treatment or wisdom tooth removal is required for long-term relief.
You may consult for proper assessment and personalized treatment guidance 👍
Next Steps
If u are exclusively breastfeeding. The pain killer can pass through breast milk so observe for symptoms in ur baby extreme drowsiness & vomiting .better to take paracetamol during breastfeeding
Having pills is not a permanent solution from my opinion you need to visit your nearby dentist and find the real cause of pain and get your treatment done
Some painkillers are not advised to be taken in breast feeding including the above .
Paracetamol is the safest pain killer advised. Although would recommend visiting a dentist for clinical evaluation rather than popping pills as they might have another solution for your problem.
