Tooth and Mouth Problems

Good evening doctor, I am suffering from health anxiety and continuous bp checking. Last 5 days my wisdom teeth aches due to wrong feeling during this I eat muscle relaxant for tooth aches. After 2 days I have severe pain and bp is around 170-160/105-95 for full day and go to other dentist he removed filling I got relief in pain after that my bp is around 132-128 to 84-79 without any medicine and dentist gives my Amoxicillin 500 and declofanic pottasium paracetamol sp and dexona. After last 2 days my bp increase is around 160-154 to 104-95 without no reason. No teeth pain no fever. I am so much worried and confused. Today I measured bp about 100 times my bp all time in lying position is around 164-146 to 104-94 in normal position. Only few reading out of 100 show 135/86. What should I do so much worried. I do all low impact exercise yoga but nothing work for me. One more thing previously my bp is in range of 130-115 to 82-72 all time still normal position. please help.

Hi, I have had jaw dislocation episodes twice. First time got fixed in 2 hours with midazolam and reduction by doctor. Second time , they gave me anesthesia and midazolam and saved it after 6 hours (exploited) . Now its been 3-4 minths since the jaw dislocation and its been fine up until last week when its started having spasm in right jaw muscles and slight pressure or heavyness just below cheekbone in front of ear. And I been taking myospaz tablets for 5 days . Just so my muscles don't spasm too much at night . And risk jaw dislocation. It happened to me while yawning or opening muth too wide. So now idk why the heavyness suddenly appeared and not going away after a week of muscle relaxant once at night. And i actuvely avoid clenching . Idk if i used to clench in sleep. Also, It feels like i hear slightly differently from right ear. Might be related to jaw related issue too.

My 9-year-old child lost a tooth more than two months ago, but the permanent tooth has still not come in. I wanted to know if it is okay to give Cavit Syrup to help with tooth growth. If yes, what would be the appropriate dosage for a 9-year-old?

I had an extraction of three teeth at a time. After that Dr gave antibiotics, painkillers and other necessary medicines. But now I have completed the antibiotic course as prescribed. However, my gums are still very swollen and since yesterday I have been experiencing tremendous pain. I feel that something might be stuck in the gum, which could be causing the discomfort. I would like to understand what the problem is with my gums. I have been having severe pain in my grinders and there is a white sore on either side of my gums. Could it be a cavity or just an ulcer. The food also keeps getting stuck in the gum, but not sure whether it is a cavity. Please assist me with my query.

What is this white mass coming from tooth ..no pain. No history of tabbaco no drinking. The tooth is decayed only few part is left

Teeth calculus not removed even after scaling. Continuous roughness is felt in tounge which makes uncomfortable feeling. I think calculus has reached upto gum level. Please tell the solution to remove the calculus.

1) Faced lot of pain during night. 2) Visited Dentist and they suggested solution. Solution is expensive. Then i requested them to extract and also requested them for solution from relieving pain. 3) They had prescribed medicine. It worked fine for 2 days. On 3rd day,morning, i faced lot of stomach ache + 5 times went to washroom for removing stool + had vomited one time after taking Pan D capsule. 4) List of medicine are as (a) Enzoflam (b) Pan D (c) Vizylac capsule (d) Augmentin 625 Duo Tablet 5) Now, Dentist team suggested to stop taking medicine. 6) So, kindly suggest what to do next. 7) Further, my corner molar teeth is slightly broken due to wisdom teeth removal during surgical process which occured in 2020. 8) Due to prescribed medicine, my pain from tooth has got reduced but on 3rd day, pain occured in stomach + vomiting occurred one time + whole body got weak. 9) Now, i am confused what to do next. Kindly help if anyone has solution in this platform.

Hello doctors, I am a 20 year old female, having T1D for 12 years and on insulin. I also have thyroid and I'm on depression medicines. I am having pain in the cheeks while biting, when I join the teeth, the skin of my cheeks bite. It pains and sometimes bleeds too only when I touch it. If the wisdom tooth is erupting.
