Respected doctors Today I fell down on the road and bruised my knee. My last tetanus vaccine (normal tetanus vaccine + immunoglobulin, as prescribed for a dog bite) was taken in October 2024. Do I need to take tetanus vaccine again today? I have attached the picture of my bruise Please let me know.

Hi Every few months , I have recurring dull pain in right abdomen under ribs. Nowadays, having high fatigue even after taking proper rest. Did lft test it revealed high sgpt 77 and bilirubin direct 0.42 and indirect 0.78. Hba1c 5.8 and lipid profile is okay. Few years back USG revealed fatty liver. Can you let me know what is the cause and what can be done to rectify this.

I have taken this syrup for my internal piles grade 1 which significantly improved my bleeding and made my stool super soft. Its been almost 18 days I have taken this syrup. My question is can I still take it or it will cause any harm to mybody. If this is harmful can you please suggest some other which can make my stool super soft and can be taken daily. My free t4 was 0.85 and on refrence range it was written normal 0.88 and my tsh was 1.1 ans I had weight gain problem is my thyroid normal

I have been having blood cloths all over my body. The doc recommended me to get a few blood tests like CBC, platelets , vitamins profile and everything was normal but the blood clots still continue. Each time I get a blood clot it hurts too I have also been regularly having lot of chest pain My left hand and chest hurts and I can't even lift my hand when this happens They told it's trapezius muscle spasms and there is no tablet for it But this happens very frequently and it hurts a lot Now I'm concerned if the blood clots and the chest pain are related

I'm having low grade fever usually 99.1 to 99.7 and sometimes 100.6 past 5 days. I am having dolo 650mg 3 times a day, azithromycin 500mg once daily, and cefexime 200mg twice daily, and too some zincovit as prescribed by the doctor. I got my blood Reports after 2 days of fever and its normal, like dengue ns1, typhoid, malaria, etc.  I have night sweats and fever is not going.. like I'm frustrated and tired of this.. someone says it's viral but I never ever had this kind of fever. Please help me with this. Please let me know the next steps as to keep on having medicines and dealing with the body pain or change the doctor or any specific text I should go for?
