I am a 23-year-old male with a persistent dry cough and redness with cobblestone appearance at the back of my throat. My chest X-rays 3 times and Pulmonary Function Tests 2 times are normal, with recent values showing FVC 92% and FEV1 95%. CRP is negative, and I have no issues with eating or sleeping. My IgE level is high 682 and Recent allergy testing shows strong reactions to dust mites and cockroaches. A CT scan of my sinuses (March 16, 2026) shows a deviated nasal septum to the right, concha bullosa on the left, and mild sinus swelling, but normal drainage pathways. Its been 2 month 10 days to this problem but i got nasal spray after 1.5 month now cough is improved & its occasional Could this be allergic rhinosinusitis with post-nasal drip (UACS), and is nasal spray treatment & antihistamine is enough should I consider or HDM T Sensimune SLIT immunotherapy?

Hi..currently am taking thyronorm 62.5(tsh 5.7 with t3 & t4 normal) empty stomach. B12(1500 mcg) after breakfast (b12 148) and iron supplement(femzact) at night( hemoglobin 10.9). But am not getting sleep at night and whole body heats up and acidity,bloating and gas. Getting full after little bit of eating. Also weakness and body body ache. Is it due to summer or do I have to change my medicine timings.

I am 60 year old. From 1 week Feeling feverish and cough with phelgum. Body aches. Cough at night and day disturb me and irritate me. Advice some medicine.

I would like to seek your advice regarding possible rabies exposure again. I completed my full rabies vaccination course (intradermal, 0.2 ml) I took vaccination on 6 March, 9 March, 13 March, and the final dose on 4 April. On 9 April just after 5 days of completing my vaccination, I had a minor incident where a street dog’s teeth made slight contact with my skin near the knuckle area, resulting in a very small abrasion with just a tiny drop of blood. The wound appears superficial and minor, and I immediately washed it thoroughly with soap and water. The dog seems healthy, active, playful, and normal in behavior. Given that I completed my full Rabies vaccination just 5 days before this incident, I wanted to ask whether I need any rabies booster doses in this situation,. Thank you for your guidance.

I am having dizziness for few days .I also have double vision sometimes .i feel very weak and had fever two times. I took medicine but I am not feeling better and sometimes feels worse. My blood test is mostly normal , only cholestrol is high. I am worried because my symptoms are increasing.

Yesterday i visited a psychiatric hospital and i was prescribed new medication regimen but i having trouble understanding how to stop my old regimen. I have exam on 11th sat and i am very worried. I had suffered my entire childhood with fear induced vomiting daily and the fear shifted from that to now competitive exams i face. Im having panic attacks frequently and shortness of breathing.
