To understand why you have a fever, please go to a lab and get these blood tests done today CBP , CRP , Malaria , Dengue tests ,LFT , RFT ,CUE . Please also tell me how much is your temperature? Are you feeling very weak or dizzy? Once you get the reports, please show them to me immediately. Drink plenty of water and coconut water.

Take
Tab Augmentin 625 1 tab twice daily for 5 days after food
Tab Histafree M 1 tab once daily for 10 days before food in the evening
Tab Dolo 650 1 tab twice daily after food for 5 days
Tab Pantop 40 1 tab once daily before breakfast for 5 days
Syp Asthakind Ls 10ml three times a day after food for 5 days
Tab Mucinac 600 1 tab twice daily after food for 5 days
Do CBC with ESR, Chest X-ray and Sputum AFB and Truenat test

Take paracetamol 650mg thrice daily after food.-5 days
Take syp ascoril D 10 ml twice daily after food -5 days
Do warm saline gargle thrice daily. Avoid exposure to cold and dust.
Next Steps
if symptoms persist beyond 5 days, we will do an Chest xray, CBC , CRP.
Monitor temperature using a thermometer if available and keep a chart of that.

Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Tab mondeslor one daily in evening.
Tab paracetamol one every 8hours for 3 days.
Syp Deletus P 5m.l every 8 hours for 4 to 5 days.
Get cbc with esr, x ray chest and sputum done and share results.

Cbc, esr, crp advisable cefexim o200 two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10ml at night.
Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals.
If yet u suffer
Duoline n budecort respule two times for nebulization 5 days.
