The doctor prescribed three new things starting 08 April 2024 Paroxetine (25mg CR) For the first 7 days Take half a tablet (0-0-1/2) at night. After 7 days Take one full tablet (0-0-1) at night. Etifoxine (50mg): Take one tablet (1-0-0) in the morning. The doctor wants you to see a Clinical Psychologist for therapy or counseling.
Aap jo symptoms bata rahe ho (panic attacks, anxiety, breathlessness), wo significant hain aur medication change ko bina proper guidance ke adjust karna safe nahi hota.
Old medicines ko kaise taper/stop karna hai, ye depend karta hai dose, duration aur current prescription par — isliye self change avoid karein.
Aapka case manageable hai, but proper step-wise plan zaroori hai (medication + counselling).
Agar aap chahein to main aapko detail me guide kar sakta hoon after reviewing your prescription.
