Never stop psychiatric medication , causes withdrawal symptoms or a rebound of the panic symptoms you are trying to recover from.

Ok since primary diagnosis as per them is anxiety. Paroxetine which is started now will manage it. You can stop mirtazapine and venlafaxine that you started by yourself. You might face a little anxiety and difficulty sleeping without alprazolam that you were taking because it often leads to withdrawal. So if that happens you can take half tablet for three days and then stop. Rest you can stop the old tablets and start new ones. I provide online consultation and therapy support you can contact me directly on nine eight two six five four five six six zero for a detailed evaluation and management.
