• Your symptoms — recurrent severe left lower abdominal pain + nausea/vomiting + feverish feeling + leg pain + monthly episodes — are not typical simple gastritis • Given your past history, this can be related to Kidney Stones, especially if: – Pain is severe, comes in waves – Associated with vomiting – Radiates to groin/leg • However, monthly recurrence also raises other possibilities: – Urinary Tract Infection (recurrent) – Ovarian Cyst or ovulation-related pain (if female) – Less likely but important: intestinal causes
Next Steps
You should not ignore this pattern — do these tests: • Ultrasound abdomen + pelvis (very important) • Urine routine + culture • Blood tests (CBC, creatinine) • During pain episode: – Take prescribed pain relief (doctor-advised) – Hydrate well – If severe vomiting → may need IV fluids
Health Tips
• Drink 3–4 liters water daily (important if stone tendency) • Avoid excess salt, junk, cola • Do not hold urine • Track timing of pain (cycle pattern) — this gives diagnostic clues

I suggest you should consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. Your description of symptoms and the history of previous medical problems is insufficient.
