This is a general query regarding weakness which I have been facing since a long time.I had initial bouts of psychosis 2 months back along with increased tsh as I wasn't taking any thyroid medicine. HOWEVER BOTH THE SYMPTOMS ARE NOW BEING TAKEN CARE.HOWEVER IN GENERAL I FEEL WEAKNESS IN THE BODY.HENCE REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE SOME SYRUP OR TONIC THAT WILL STRENGTHEN ME SO THAT I CAN DO HOUSEHOLD ACTIVITIES AND OTHER THINGS.

For a few days I have been feeling a soft lump inside my anal canal when I insert my finger. The soft lump is in the right side of anal canal. There's no bleeding during bowel movements but pains when I press that soft lump with my finger. That's why I wanted to know what that soft lump is and how I can treat it.

I got an upper lobe piercing today, please suggest some saline spray/ ointment and in general advice on how to do the aftercare for a faster healing

1 month back I went to the doctor for checkup and my blood was less My hb is 8.5 and mcv is 58... Doctor prescribed ferrowtwo, zincovit, vit D supplements for 2 months It has been a month 3 days ago I got cold and fever and it went away within a day Now I'm again feverish....not high fever but it started with cold and headache I took dolo last ni8 and my fever has come down but I still feel throat irritation And also....I am getting pain near my kidney

Hello Doctor, Please read my query carefully. I am very much stressed now. I took rabies intradermal vaccine 3days before from a government medical. After took little vaccine and blood came out. The health worker touched and rub my puncture suddenly. He had no gloves. Now i am worried for HIV infection. As they giving many vaccines and RIG to many patients and their hands definitely contaminated with blood. Now i am very much anxious, worried and tensed. My anxiety level is high now. Don't know what i will do. Can i take HIV pep now. Will it affect the rabies vaccine. Now i am worried for both rabies and HIV. Please advise and tell is this possible to get HIV like this.

Hello doctors,Last night while sleeping I encountered something itching I woke and saw an animal something most likely it was Rat when I turned light it wasn't in my bed till then or may be it was a cockroach I checked my Upper and lower Extremities there were no Sign of Scratch or Red marks As a precautionary measure what should I do? I had tetanus vaccine nearly 2 years ago! And if it wasn't rat what to do? Kindly suggest

I am 42 year old. I have cough form last 3 week. Cough raise from throat and when I take deep breath coughing start. I have no other problem. I have phelgum with cough. No fever. No cold Please advice some medicine.

I am 30 years old and I have fever 99-100 and cough since 3 days now and I have been taking ibugesic plus syrup whenever I get fever or body pain because nothing else works like Dolo or only paracetamol etc so I use to take 30 ml as it's a kids medcine but I read 30 ml is high dose please suggest Me the dosage... please don't suggest any other medicine only I want to know the dosage Thank you.
