Keep it simple use normal saline to clean it 3 times daily, avoid touching or rotating it unnecessarily, and keep the area dry. Avoid alcohol or any harsh chemicals as they can delay healing. Mild redness or soreness is normal in the beginning. It should heal well with basic care if you notice increasing pain, swelling, or discharge, get it checked.

Hi, for upper lobe/cartilage piercing care: clean 2 times daily with sterile saline spray (0.9% normal saline), then let it air dry. Do not use Dettol, alcohol, peroxide or frequent ointments unless infected.
Next Steps
Avoid touching/twisting the jewelry, sleep on the other side, keep hair/products away, and avoid swimming until healed. Cartilage healing can take 3–6 months or more.
Health Tips
If increasing redness, swelling, pus, severe pain or fever occurs, get examined early.
