On the first look of your results, I would say your numbers look promising . Sharing more about what these results mean for you will depend on your age, your need to get these tests done, your other hormonal results too, like Thyroid profile. If you are seeking validation of these results then like I shared, they are normal.
Need few more details for proper understanding of your issue.

Your AMH is on the higher side which can make it difficult for you to conceive due to PCOS kind of symptoms. Please get your Hb1Ac too. Consult an infertility specialist and get your follicular study on Day 10 of your periods to see the state of your ovaries. You may have to take T. Metformin regularly but after complete assessment. You need to be active and do reduce your weight, take less stress, do stress relieving activities like breathing exercises and meditation.
You can also try Quantum Therapy which has shown great results in such cases. I am an Advanced Quantum Therapist too. You can consult thro Practo first.
• Overall, your hormonal profile is largely within normal limits
• FSH (4.26) & LH (6.8) → acceptable, but LH slightly > FSH can suggest a mild Polycystic Ovary Syndrome tendency (only if symptoms present)
• AMH (6.75) → high → good ovarian reserve but again leans toward PCOS pattern
• Prolactin, TSH (1.74), Estradiol → all normal
• Testosterone borderline-normal → no strong hyperandrogenism
Next Steps
• If planning pregnancy → this profile is favourable overall
• Check for PCOS clinically:
– Irregular cycles?
– Weight gain?
– Acne / hair growth?
• If any symptoms present → consider:
– Pelvic ultrasound
– Fasting insulin / glucose
• If cycles are regular → no immediate treatment required, only monitoring
