• Start structured management (more important than tablets):
– Physiotherapy (core + back strengthening)
– Hot fomentation 2–3 times/day
• Medicines (short term only):
– Continue Zerodol MR for 3–5 days max (avoid long-term use)
– Topical gel can be continued
• Investigations (only if needed):
– X-ray lumbosacral spine (if persistent >2–3 weeks)
– MRI only if red flags

Either you have had a muscle pull or soft tissue tear or injury. It can be confirmed by mri.
Take tab flexon m.r. one every 8hours for 4 days after meals.
Tab shelcal 300mg one daily for 30 days.
Diclofenac ointment over lower back, 2 to 3 times daily, but avoid massage. Do hot compression as well.Avoid bending.
