I have been having blood cloths all over my body.
The doc recommended me to get a few blood tests like CBC, platelets , vitamins profile and everything was normal but the blood clots still continue. Each time I get a blood clot it hurts too
I have also been regularly having lot of chest pain
My left hand and chest hurts and I can't even lift my hand when this happens
They told it's trapezius muscle spasms and there is no tablet for it
But this happens very frequently and it hurts a lot
Now I'm concerned if the blood clots and the chest pain are related

• What you’re calling “blood clots” on the body are most likely bruises (ecchymosis) rather than true internal clots
• Since CBC and platelets are normal, major bleeding/clotting disorder is less likely, but recurrent painful bruising needs evaluation
• Your chest pain + left arm pain + difficulty lifting arm should NOT be dismissed only as muscle spasm—it can be muscular, but cardiac causes must be ruled out, especially when recurrent
Next Steps
• For bruising:
– Coagulation profile (PT/INR, aPTT)
– Vitamin deficiencies: especially Vitamin C Deficiency, B12
– Check for any medication history (painkillers, blood thinners)
• For chest pain (very important):
– ECG
– 2D Echo
– Possibly TMT if needed
• Red flags (don’t ignore):
– Chest pain on exertion
– Radiation to left arm/jaw
– Sweating, breathlessness
Health Tips
• For suspected bruising:
– Increase vitamin C (citrus fruits, amla)
– Avoid unnecessary painkillers (like NSAIDs)
• For muscle component:
– Posture correction (common cause of trapezius spasm)
– Heat application + stretching
• Track pattern:
– When do bruises appear?
– Any trauma/pressure?
I am not sure what you mean when you say that you keep getting blood clots.
Blood clots help in controlling bleeding, but that can happen when you have bleeding from somewhere.
The other thing is Deep vein thrombosis. But you can't see those clots.
Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician so that the Physician understands what you are trying to say.
Do the following,
1. Blood tests: Prothrombin time (INR); APTT ratio; LFT; Blood film; clotting factor assay
2. Ultrasound abdomen to check spleen and liver
3. Consult a Haematologist
All the best.
