• Your exposures (monkey scratch without bleeding + later cat scratch) are low-risk, especially since there was no bleeding
• Most importantly, you have already taken:
– Full course (0,3,7,28) in Feb
– Additional 2 doses later
Next Steps
• No further rabies vaccination is required now
• No tests are needed for rabies
Health Tips
• Rabies spreads only when:
– Infected saliva enters broken skin / deep wound
• Superficial scratches without bleeding = very low risk
Risk of contracting rabies is low, because a superficial scratch without bleeding is generally considered low risk. Since you have received vaccinations, the risk of developing the disease is even low. I would suggest you get a physical examination to get assessment and help.
No worry ,You are most likely safe. You had a previous full rabies vaccination, and for the second minor scratch you took 2 booster doses, After 4 months, rabies is extremely unlikely. Your symptoms sound more like anxiety/stress, not rabies.
Hello, I understand your concern. Given your vaccination history (0,3,7,28) and the nature of the subsequent exposures, your risk level needs a precise clinical review of the timeline.

Please book a Video Consultation with me now so we can review your reports and finalize your medical clearance.
Getting a rabies exposure is scary, and it’s completely normal to feel anxious even after starting treatment. Rabies is almost 100% preventable if you take proper post-exposure prophylaxis on time.
Reassurance about treatment ,this reduces fear a lot.
Stop the fear cycle What you’re experiencing is a treatable anxiety response, not rabies.
If you were vaccinated before
Only 2 doses needed:
Day 0
Day 3
No need for Rabies immunoglobulin in this case
