Flu

It's been raining here and the weather is cold.As soon as I put my hand in cold water to wash clothes, the veins and capillaries in my hand started appearing blue.Although the capillaries in my hands are not easily visible, but as soon as I put my hands in cold water, all my capillaries became visible.It doesn't feel like this normally. I can't see the capillaries in my hands. Is this because I put my hands in cold water?Well, I've done my work, so I can't see those capillaries in my hand.So is this normal or is it due to some deficiency?

As a wake today in morning .. I started body ache... and fatigue ... and , anxiety so .. kindly advise ...

Good morning I am 34 years old and I am having a 16 month old baby girl. I'm still breastfeeding but only during the nights. Recently from a month I'm experiencing extreme hair loss. I'm using traya and alps rosemary water for hair loss. And I've seen an improvement but suddenly the hair is shedding while just combing my hair. I have also gained weight upto 2kgs from 66 to 68. I've recently joined work after my maternity leave and I'm working in government sector. My job timings are from 10-6. It sometimes becomes late for me to come home mostly 8 pm. I am not knowing the issue and this is creating extreme stress for me. I used to do yoga before baby but now time is not sufficient for any physical workout. Kindly give a suggestion for my well being . Thank you in advance

The weather is a bit cold today. I dipped my hands in cold water to wash clothes. After that, I noticed that the  capillaries in my palm were looking greenish .This happens to everyone, but I found it strange because I never had so many prominent capillaries on my palms.My palm always looked red.That's why today when I suddenly saw it, I got a little scared.Is this a normal thing or is it due to some problem?

My upper lid is completely swollen and very very painful Please suggest me something. I have been doing warm compress but it is worsening Please suggest some medicine or ointment

I feel spicy when I eat not spicy foods. My tongue has some irritation also. I don't know which doctor I need to consult also.

Why does my nose and eyes suddenly start to  itch and then i sneeze  continuously after that I have a runny nose. Our home is by a busy roadside , I clean our house regularly.
