Red spots with burning on one side after sun/heat could be a heat rash, but burning on just one side without itching is also an early sign of shingles (herpes zoster). Keep the area cool and avoid sun for now. If more spots appear or blisters develop, please see a doctor quickly as early treatment for shingles works best.
