HRT is currently the most effective treatment for intense hot flashes during perimenopause, and for most healthy women under 55 without specific contraindications (such as prior breast cancer, blood clot history, or active liver disease), the benefits typically outweigh the risks when used for an appropriate period under medical supervision. The risk of side effects is lower with transdermal (patch or gel) forms compared to oral tablets. If HRT is not preferred, there are effective non-hormonal prescription options as well. Additionally, lifestyle modifications — avoiding triggers like spicy food, caffeine, alcohol, and hot drinks, wearing light breathable clothing, and using fans — can help reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flashes.
Next Steps
Please consult a gynecologist in person with your hormone report for a full evaluation — the right type and form of HRT, if appropriate for you, must be individually decided based on your complete medical history. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Though there's only a bit of information provided  here ,  Menopause at such an early age indicates - modern day stressful life style. If it is gone, let it go . HRT helps a lot in relieving the symptoms , but at the time of its(HRT) stoppage the individual faces the problem of withdrawal symptoms . And its side effects too are there .
Next Steps
consult your Gynecologist for HRT
Health Tips
Start a stress free- natural life --> full of fruit, salad , Dhyan Yoga & Humming beside HRT . slowly slowly taper the HRT & then stop it , And spend your life in natural bliss .
