Mucus in throat from 2 years no sinus was found which doctor to consult ent or pulmonologist really annoying at night feels like it will stuck in my throat

A patient of rheumatoid arthritis. On methotrexate 20mg once a week, daily 200 mg of HCQS and Tuesday and Wednesday folvite tablets. Having left side abdominal pain since a year. Kindly help. Pain comes and goes

My morning blood pressure is aroud 128/88 but in evening its 138/90 or 140/90. I'm measuring it from last 10 days. Is it okay for my age ? Morning readings are calmer. Thanks in advance.

Lst 1-2 month i have neck pain/ neck tightness and sometimes neck pain go to shoulder/hands, due to this dizziness n balance prblm not dizziness like spinning room or anything.
