My morning blood pressure is aroud 128/88 but in evening its 138/90 or 140/90. I'm measuring it from last 10 days. Is it okay for my age ? Morning readings are calmer. Thanks in advance.

It is normal for blood pressure to vary during the day â this is called diurnal variation. Morning readings tend to be lower and evening ones higher due to activity, food, and stress. However, your evening readings of 138-140/90 are slightly elevated for your age. Cut down on salt, avoid excess caffeine, exercise regularly, and keep monitoring. If it stays above 135/85 consistently, it would be worth seeing a doctor.

No need to worry these BP readings are mildly elevated but not dangerous at your age 👍🏻suggest early stage hypertension, often manageable with lifestyle changes.
