Difference in Blood pressure reading
My morning blood pressure is aroud 128/88 but in evening its 138/90 or 140/90. I'm measuring it from last 10 days. Is it okay for my age ? Morning readings are calmer. Thanks in advance.

It is normal for blood pressure to vary during the day — this is called diurnal variation. Morning readings tend to be lower and evening ones higher due to activity, food, and stress. However, your evening readings of 138-140/90 are slightly elevated for your age. Cut down on salt, avoid excess caffeine, exercise regularly, and keep monitoring. If it stays above 135/85 consistently, it would be worth seeing a doctor.

Fluctuations can occur in b.p., depending on mental,  physical activities, diet. So far as it does not cross normal range, there is nothing to worry.

No need to worry these BP readings are mildly elevated but not dangerous at your age 👍🏻suggest early stage hypertension, often manageable with lifestyle changes. Book a quick consultation with me now  I’ll review your full history and give you a clear plan to bring it down safely. 😊
