Blood pressure Consultation
Hi i'm measuring my blood pressure from last 10 days and i've noticed my blood pressure stays around 130/90 and sometimes 130/88. I was having white coat syndrome which ive overcome now. Ive noticed my diastolic bp is mostly around 90. What are some natural ways to lower it. Thanks in advance.

"A blood pressure reading of 130/90 mmHg at age 30 is classified as Stage 1 Hypertension. While the Systolic (130) is only mildly elevated, a consistent Diastolic pressure of 90 indicates that your blood vessels are under constant high pressure even when your heart is resting between beats. At your age, this is often a 'metabolic warning sign' related to high sodium intake, sedentary habits, or high stress levels. Since your home readings are consistent, we can move past 'white coat syndrome' and focus on active prevention to avoid long-term damage to your heart and kidneys

Health Tips
The DASH Diet: "Adopt the 'Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension' (DASH) plan. Focus on foods high in Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium (like bananas, nuts, and leafy greens), which naturally help blood vessels relax." Aerobic Exercise: "Engage in 30 minutes of brisk walking or cycling daily. Consistent cardio strengthens the heart, allowing it to pump more blood with less effort, which naturally lowers the pressure in your arteries." Check for Sleep Apnea: "If you snore heavily or feel tired during the day, your high BP might be caused by sleep apnea. Poor sleep quality is a major, often hidden, driver of high diastolic pressure in young men." Caution: "Digital BP monitors can lose calibration. Once a year, take your home monitor to a clinic and compare its reading with a professional manual mercury or aneroid monitor to ensure accuracy." Red Flags: "Seek immediate medical attention if your BP exceeds 180/120 mmHg, or if you experience a sudden severe headache, chest pain, or shortness of breath."
