Your readings show a consistent difference, which we should evaluate properly not urgent, but worth addressing early 👍 Nothing to worry 😊 Consult once I’ll guide you on correct monitoring and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed.

It is normal to have difference of 8 to 10 degrees in b.p. in both arms. Traditionally b.p. is measured in left arm, as it is closer to heart, provides accurate b.p. reading.  But taken in right arm is also acceptable.

- Always measure BP in both arms initially - Then use the arm with higher readings for future monitoring - Difference occurs: Normal: up to SBP10 mmHg difference If SBP >15–20 mmHg → suspect: • Peripheral arterial disease • Subclavian stenosis
Next Steps
- Repeat BP properly (rest 5 min, correct cuff size) - Check both arms 2–3 times on different days - If consistent difference SBP >15 mmHg :  Do Doppler of upper limb arteries

Sir, dono arms me thoda difference hona common hota hai, lekin rule simple hai — jis arm me BP consistently zyada aa raha ho, usi ko future monitoring ke liye use karna chahiye. Aapke case me left arm me readings higher aa rahi hain (140/95), to aap aage se left arm ko standard maan ke BP check karein. Ek baar clinic me dono arms properly check kara lena bhi useful rahega. Agar dono arms me difference 10–15 mmHg se zyada consistently aa raha hai, to ek baar doctor ko dikhana chahiye, warna usually normal variation hi hota hai. Abhi ke liye aap left arm ki readings follow karein aur usi basis pe monitoring karein

It is clinically normal to have a slight difference in blood pressure between both arms. However, a consistent difference where one arm is significantly higher (e.g., 140/95 vs. 130/82) requires standardization. For clinical diagnosis and monitoring, we always use the arm with the higher reading as the reference, as it more accurately reflects the maximum pressure the heart must generate
Next Steps
Standardize to the Left: Moving forward, use your left arm for all routine measurements to ensure consistent tracking of your trends. Home BP Diary: Keep a log of your morning and evening readings for 7 days. This 'Ambulatory' data is much more useful to a doctor than a single isolated reading. Check for Peripheral Issues: If the difference between arms consistently exceeds 15-20 mmHg, it may indicate a narrowing in one of the arteries (like the subclavian artery), which should be investigated. Lifestyle Check: At 30, a diastolic reading of 95 is a signal to review your salt intake and stress levels. Mandatory Consultation: Because your higher reading (140/95) is in the hypertensive range, a formal clinical consultation is needed so do consult and connect with me..need to confirm these readings in a clinical setting and calculate your overall cardiovascular risk.
Health Tips
don't be confused by the two numbers—always track the higher one. Book a consultation so we can verify these readings and make sure your blood pressure stays in the healthy range for your age."

Hi dear, Left arm is preferable because it is direct continuation of aorta vessel, therefore reflect blood pressure better. Hope that
