Your symptoms can happen due to prolonged screen time causing cervical muscle strain/postural neck syndrome, and sometimes associated cervical nerve irritation can give pain radiating to shoulder/arms. Poor posture and long hours on computer/mobile can also cause a sense of imbalance or “floating” feeling rather than true spinning vertigo. Take frequent posture breaks, keep screen at eye level, avoid prolonged neck bending, continue guided neck exercises/physiotherapy and improve ergonomics. Since you are having imbalance while walking and symptoms for 1–2 months, it is better to get examined by an orthopaedic spine specialist or neurologist to rule out cervical spine issues, vitamin deficiencies, inner ear or neurological causes. Seek urgent care if you develop weakness, numbness, severe headache, vision/speech changes or worsening imbalance.
