Hello, I'm a 19 year old male 5'9 and for the past year and a half i have been having very strange symptoms. Whenever I eat or drink something, i can feel it go down my esophagus, I've also been burping a lot everyday. I went in for an endoscopy and they told me i had "Mild gastritis" I was given a lot of ppi and h2 blockers and nothing has worked, i've also tested negative for H Pylori and I don't drink or smoke.
Around the same time (A year and half ago) I noticed 2 lymph nodes under my jaw,

As ppi have not worked, I think you require medicines to heal the mucosa, ppi will just decrease acid production, they won't heal the mucosal lining, that's why you are not getting relieved.
