Lymph Nodes on neck and gastritis for 18
Hello, I'm a 19 year old male 5'9 and for the past year and a half i have been having very strange symptoms. Whenever I eat or drink something, i can feel it go down my esophagus, I've also been burping a lot everyday. I went in for an endoscopy and they told me i had "Mild gastritis" I was given a lot of ppi and h2 blockers and nothing has worked, i've also tested negative for H Pylori and I don't drink or smoke.
Around the same time (A year and half ago) I noticed 2 lymph nodes under my jaw,

Hello dear patient since you are having gastritis, it can cause such sensations when there is mucosal damage in esophagus and stomach. As ppi have not worked, I think you require medicines to heal the mucosa, ppi will just decrease acid production, they won't heal the mucosal lining, that's why you are not getting relieved. You need to take medicines and also needs to change few things in your food. Tc
