Looks like an abscess.
Get blood sugar done.
Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 4 days, after meals.
Apply sumeg ointment over it, 3 times daily.
Either it would reduce in size, rupture. In that case it should be pressed thoroughly ,all pus squeezed out, then cleaned and dressed.
If it does not rupture around 5 days, go for incision and drainage, to a nearby health facility.

BOIL INFECTION
Try using warm saline compress on the swelling.
If the swelling is tender, warm and redness present it may be infected , then antibiotics is necessary.
Watch for fever and above danger signs
From the image and history, looks most likely like a boil ,furuncle or an infected sebaceous cyst. These are common and usually due to bacterial infection.
If it is increasing in size, painful, warm, or developing a central point, it may be forming an abscess.
You can consult me , I’ll guide you further.
"An enlarging, painful swelling in the neck is typically a Furuncle (boil) or a Carbuncle caused by a bacterial infection of the hair follicle (Staphylococcus aureus). However, in the neck region, we must also consider the possibility of an inflamed sebaceous cyst or localized lymphadenitis. If the area feels warm, throbbing, or shows a central 'point,' it indicates an abscess formation that may require drainage."
Next Steps
Topical Treatment: , you can start by applying an antibiotic ointment like Soframycin (Framycetin) locally to help contain the surface infection.
Oral Antibiotics & Analgesics: As noted by Dr. Raj Singh, if the pain is significant, a course of Ciprofloxacin (500mg) and Brufen (400mg) may be prescribed. Antibiotics help stop the bacterial spread, while Brufen reduces inflammation and pain.
Warm Compresses: Apply a warm, moist cloth to the area for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times a day. This increases blood flow to the site and helps the boil 'come to a head' or drain naturally.
Do Not Squeeze: Strictly avoid squeezing or 'popping' the boil yourself. This can push the infection deeper into the neck tissues and lead to cellulitis.
Monitor for Fever: If you develop a fever, chills, or if the redness begins to spread rapidly, seek medical help immediatel
Health Tips
book a formal consultation so I can examine the depth of the swelling and ensure it isn't an inflamed lymph node that requires different treatment."
