M having dizziness and occasionally nausea with sudden shortness of breath heart palpitations heavy thirst and mild but constant headache on the right side of my skull

A pot of hot tea fell on my right foot and it burnt. This looks drying. I feel a tightness on that area. I'm cleaning the wound with saline water and applying mega heal twice. Please advise if there's anything else I need to do. Do I have to peel the skin? Or it will be an automatic process?

My mother is a high bp patient her age is 64. She is on regular medication for high BP. Her Bp is in stable stage .My query is (1) During summer days when there is dehydration from body  can I give her  Glucose D powder and coconut water 1 glass a day on regular basis.

Experienced mild fever(99.9/100.00) on 3rd day after receiving 2nd dose of ARV with muscle pain and weakness and dizziness.. is it normal? I am worried because no rig was prescribed by the doctor..but the wound bled a little and a stray cat scratched on my wrist.. I am observing the cat as well. The cat is still alive and normal in 8th day ..

Respected doctors, please check my attached ECG photo. Doctor reviewed it manually and said it looks okay. Since around 1 month I have been having anxiety/panic symptoms with fast heartbeat, tremors and occasional shortness of breath after activity, symptoms improve on their own but again started ..Doctor suggested Nexito and Zapiz 0.5. CBC, sodium and potassium were normal, CRP 21 and ESR 12. I also have liver enzyme elevation and was advised abdominal USG. Echo done 3.5 years ago was normal. Does this ECG look reassuring overall? I often fear heart or lung issues although lungs were manually checked by physician he said lungs clear pls check my ecg is it normal?

Can a 17 year old be forgiven if he commits harassment or sexually harass any 40+ age woman or he should humiliated because 17 he has not reach puberty

I have been diagnosed with UTI and have been undergoing treatment for the same. I would like to avail a work from home as I feel under confident to travel to my workplace which is around 65kms from my home. Can someone please get me an excpetion letter for availing work from home for 1 month. Most of the time I end up holding urine as I travel by bus. I still feel traumatic to travel thinking of all the consequences.

My grandma had homemade Aata Wale Lauki Momos with spicy chutney yesterday, And many years ago he also underwent cheek bladder surgery.They often have gas in their stomach..After that he had severe stomach ache in the morning. Now she does not have stomach ache but he is having loose watery diarrhea. She has passed stools 7 to 8 times today and is having foul smelling loose motions. So what should I do now, should I take some medicine or should I let the stomach clear?  please reply as soon as possible.

Everything done, cbc, bp,ecg even tak ki echo bhi done. No problem at all and that is my concern . Everything is fine
