This combination of symptoms — palpitations, sudden shortness of breath, dizziness, heavy thirst, and a persistent headache on one side — should not be ignored. Please get your blood pressure checked today; elevated BP can explain many of these symptoms. You also need basic blood tests: CBC (to rule out anemia), blood sugar (the heavy thirst is a red flag), thyroid function tests, and an ECG to check your heart rhythm. These symptoms together need a proper in-person evaluation and shouldn't be managed online. Please see a doctor soon.
