My 78-year-old grand father had recent hip surgery 15 days ago Initially (few days after surgery), he had: confusion and delirium which improved after we started melatonin 3mg. But for the last 3 days: during daytime he is mostly normal At night (after ~9 PM), he becomes very restless: keeps turning left - straight continuously cannot stay in one position even for a few seconds asks to sit every 10–15 minutes, sits briefly, then lies down and repeats appears sleepy but unable to fall asleep There are no hallucinations now, but restlessness is severe. His reports show low sodium (129). His sugar in today morning - 78 2 hours After lunch (just 2 spoon) - 90 He is also eating very little. He doesn't like taste of anything at all. No juice, no food nothing. He's hardly eating 2-3 spoon. So somehow I started giving him ORS twice a day. And yes He's very stubborn person - doesn't like to go or stay in hospitals. even for broken bone surgery we had to convince him too much.

I got a small cut in my hand with a rusty lock. My last tetanus injection was in April 2023 during delivery time. Do I need an injection now? Attaching pictures of hand and lock.

24 Female Since 7 months i am having non cyclic pain in right breast and armpit, done all types of physical examination by general surgeon, ultrasound, chest x ray, blood test: nothing came out but problem dint go despite all types of medicines, physiotherapy etc. Now since 3-4 days I have also started having the same pain in my left armpit and side of breast. In Sep 2025 i completed 4 Doses of Rabies vaccine and after one month oct 2025 i re-exposed and took 2 more doses ..and now 27 April 2026 ...I re exposed again ..so need more vaccines?...or sufficient

Sir I am experiencing chest and romboid area pain from December with dizziness. Tmt ecg echo all normal. I have done full body checkup up in which b12 is 216. Still I am facing neck shoulder and chest pain since 5 months. Additionally heart beat increases when go out from home. Kindly advice is this due to B12. And how to take B12. I am pure vegetarian
