"Experiencing frequent fever despite normal clinical reports is a common challenge for those working in a hospital environment. Since your CRP, CBC, and  are normal, it indicates that your body is successfully fighting off infections, but the high 'viral load' and constant exposure to different pathogens in a healthcare setting are likely overwhelming your immune system's primary defense
Next Steps
Strict Personal Hygiene: As suggested by Dr. Sai Swetha, consistent hand hygiene and wearing a high-quality (N95) mask while on duty are your best defenses. Boost Your Baseline Immunity: Sleep: Ensure 7–8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to allow your immune cells to regenerate. Nutrition: Focus on an antioxidant-rich diet (citrus fruits, leafy greens, nuts) and consider a Vitamin D3 and Zinc supplement if your levels are low. Work-Life Balance: If possible, ensure you are taking adequate breaks. Chronic exhaustion is a major trigger for recurrent infections in healthcare workers. Advanced Screening: If the fever pattern persists for another 2 months, I recommend a more detailed evaluation, including: Peripheral Blood Smear (for malarial parasites or atypical cells). Thyroid Profile (to rule out metabolic triggers). Vitamin B12 & D3 levels.

This is unlikely to be only due to B12 your normal ECG ,ECHO is reassuring, and this pattern is more often due to muscle strain and anxiety component. Your B12 216 is borderline low and can contribute to fatigue and dizziness. For now, start B12 supplements daily and do gentle neck shoulder stretches. If you want, I can guide you with the exact dose and help you address both pain and symptoms properly.

Will require few more details to give an appropraite answer. As far B12 is concerned you can take injections for a faster replenishment.
Next Steps
For palpitations do TFT and holter monitoring. Also a Orthopaedic consultation to rule out cervical spondylosis.
