This variation is completely normal. The first reading is slightly higher due to initial alertness, and subsequent readings settle so we usually consider the average of 2 to 3 readings taken 2 minutes apart. Your values are within a healthy range, so nothing to worry. If you’d like, I can guide you on the correct monitoring pattern and when to be concerned feel free to consult.

Small variations in b.p. can occur, throughout the day, as per mental state, physical activity, intake of caffeine. If it stays within normal range,  there is nothing to worry.

Haan ye bilkul normal hai. First reading thodi high aana common hota hai (anxiety/initial cuff effect), phir 1–2 min baad readings settle ho jati hain. Aapko kya follow karna chahiye: * Ek baar baith ke 5 min rest ke baad 2–3 readings lein (1–2 min gap) * Last 2 readings ka average consider karein (first reading ignore kar sakte hain) Aapke jo values hain (around 120–130 / 70–75), ye normal range me hi aati hain, koi tension wali baat nahi hai. Right vs left me 3–5 mm ka difference bhi normal hai. Bas consistently ek hi arm use karke monitoring karein. Aapka BP normal hai, aur jo pattern aap bata rahe hain wo expected hai
