Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab dolo 650mg every 8hours for 4 days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days
Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily for 5 days.
Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 7 days.
Syp tusq dx 5m.l every 8 hours for 5 days.
Do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation, 2 to 3 times daily.

Pcm sos if headache ,fever,pain occure.
Ambroxolol syp.for cough.and do steam inhalation also for quick relief from cough.
