I am attaching pictures. Since last month I have been facing this issue. Sometimes I feel itchy. Also these spots are there on the stomach and chest and also in the armpit which looks like small spots like reddish sometimes like ringworm type. In the pic I have attached is on the groin area and the other one on the belly button area. Doctor prescribed and said tinea he gave itraconazole tablet and soap along with eberconazole cream also using zocon powder. It's been almost 15 days now and it's not healed yet. Kindly help and suggest. Is it psoriasis or tinea ?

So, my brother fell down the stairs and also got hit by a wall straight on above his head which lead to minor bleeding..this was 5 years back ...since then he has a pain on the side of his head sometimes on one side sometimes on both the sides, throbbing pain which subsides when he lies down, even his sleep cycle is not maintained, also his timing of food is irregular, there was a time when he went outside in sun the pain used to start , which subsided when he used to take shower ... Fever cough and cold for past 5 days. Using paracetamol. Have allergic cold to AC and chilled food. Please suggest.

For last two days I am feeling little nausea and heavy head feeling. When I checked my bp today evening it was 150/100. I usually have a history of high blood pressure and I take Prolomet AM 25 daily at night time before sleeping. Do i need to worry as of now or observe for couple of days? Is this much dosage enough for blood pressure near 140-150/100?

My vitamin D level is 13.9, ldl 193, vitamin b 12 is 150, prolactin 25.9, hdl is 36... kindly guide. SGPT is 44.1

I had fever and cough on 27th April. Fever went up to 102 however my fever went away on 4th may however since then I am having cough. Now it's a dry cough however, I don't feel comfortable while breathing. It worsens specially at night when I lie down it's then when it gets worst. I have been doing gargle had vicks vaporizer even losenges and one spoon honey every day but I m not able to stop the cough and due to so much cough I am unable to sleep please let me know by when this cough will stop ??

Hello dear sir/madam, Last June, I underwent a full-body blood test, and most results were normal. My TSH was 3.9, and Vitamin B12 was 212. My doctor explained that, since I work night shifts, stress might have contributed to these borderline values. She advised me to repeat thyroid and B12 tests every 2–3 months. Over the past year, I’ve done three follow-up tests, with TSH levels of 3.7, 3.2, and 3.1, while B12 has remained around 230. Given this trend, how frequently should I continue these tests. I am not under any medication and i dont even have any symptoms. Kindly advise.

Hello I got my full body checkup done my b12 was 200. I have symptoms like dizziness and constant tiredness/weakness. I was prescribed neurobion forte for 15 days. I did take it. I feel little better but my constant fatigue is not gone yet. Should I continue taking neurobion forte or just diet changes can increase b12? (My vitamin d was 65 and haemoglobin was 11.6 , calcium was 8.3)
