Sudden onset of body ache, fatigue, and anxiety on waking up is commonly seen with viral infections, poor quality sleep, or stress-related conditions. It is important to know if you have a fever, any sore throat, cold symptoms, or recent stress to narrow down the cause — as the right treatment depends on the underlying reason.
Next Steps
Check your temperature and monitor it over the day. Stay well hydrated and rest. If fever is above 100°F or symptoms worsen or persist beyond 2-3 days, please get a blood test (CBC, malaria, dengue if applicable in your area). Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
