Fever from two days with body ache
Last two days fever. yesterday evening took medicine ie. Chestencold, wingestic MR with aciloc. After sometime fever gone but in early morning around 4am again fever came. And same it is. Please suggest remedy.

Please get cbc, blood widal, malaria antigen test done and share results.
Meanwhile do not let fever go very high.do some tepid sponging, along with tab paracetamol, if fever goes high.Drink more fluids.

Hey Gentleman!
Kindly do cbc report to check for whether it is bacterial fever or viral fever as your fever is since two days. Following which it would be best to decide whether you should take symptomatic treatment or antibiotic therapy. Your main aim should be to find the cause of fever and treating it rather than just subsiding it with antipyretics.
