Is this ecg normal?
I am 22. Had a fundoplication 6 months ago. I've been feeling a little short of breath intermittently for 3-4 days especially while laying down.
Went to emergency once they said this ecg is normal. But it says abnormal ecg and biatrial enlargement.

(Low LVEF & Atrial Fibrillation)
My father (male, ~70 years) had two episodes of dengue within a short period:
1st episode: 25 January 2025
2nd episode: 15 March 2026
During both episodes, he developed cardiac complications:
Low LVEF (~30–35%)
Atrial Fibrillation
Elevated Troponin (~50) in both episodes
He has now been discharged on medical management.
The treating doctor has advised:
Holter monitoring
Considering coronary angiography / MRI angio
My questions:
Can dengue infection alone cause recurrent low LVEF and atrial fibrillation in such a short span?
Is this likely due to dengue-induced myocarditis, or could it indicate underlying coronary artery disease or chronic heart condition?
How important is it to proceed with angiography in this situation?
Is recovery of heart function (LVEF) possible after such episodes?
Any guidance on prognosis and next steps would be helpful.

AFIB Apple Watch reading
I’m a 35-year-old female and recently had a routine cardiac check-up last August including an echocardiogram (ECHO) and ECG because of palpitations, both of which were normal. However, my Apple Watch has recently indicated about 20% atrial fibrillation (AFib) readings. I wear the watch regularly, and this is the first time I’ve seen such alerts.
Could this be a false positive, or should I consult a doctor for further evaluation?
