I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?

The salt is the same in both tirzepitide so switching shouldn't really cause any difference continue same 5 mg once same day of tge week as previously followed in mounjaro
Next Steps
if possible would like you to consult me in order to get dietary, personal and family history to better plan further treatment
Both Mounjaro and Zepbound contain tirzepatide—same drug, different brand/indication. So switching is not a real “change,” just brand substitution. Since you tolerated 5 mg well, your body is already adapted.
Next Steps
No gap needed between injections. You can switch directly
Health Tips
-Follow same injection day every week
-Combine with diet + exercise for best results
-Rapid dose escalation increases side effects, so go gradual

Yes as you have tolerance with mounjaro you can switch now to Zepbound 5 mg
It’s safe to switch now as both works with same mechanism
Monitor for side effect such as nausea, vomiting
Next Steps
Take 1st dose of zepbound 5 mg after 1 week of mounjaro last dose
Both Contain the same medication, just the branding is different
If you're more comfortable with zepbound , yes you can switch
Otherwise If you don't switch, still it would work the same
For dose increase you need a proper consult
