After angioplasty I give brillianta90mg 4times a day for four days what should I do Tommorow patient is fine right now

I have had anxiety and panic related to blood pressure and heart. I have done echo tmt multiple ecg and recently also did 1 week bp monitor where average was 115/78 day night and holter for 24 hours. Everything normal. I was okay but one day started feeling head pressure and slight head lightness 1-2 days so went to measure bp before reaching only I started feeling anxious and when reached it first came out 145/88 then I panicked more and it was 166/104 but doctor made me calm and withing 5 mins it was 140/82 . I have had few instances where I went to emergency in panic and my bp came 150-160/90-100 but came down as I settle. Do I have something to worry or some permanent damage?

Is there a test that can predict heart attack or is there a test that can be performed on regular intervals to prevent the progression of heart attack for adults.

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding weight loss and appetite control. I started gym in September 2025 at around 92 kg. Currently (April 2026), I am around 95 kg with approximately 36% body fat. I have been consistent with weight training and some cardio, and I also maintain protein intake through my diet and supplements. However, my main issue is that I am unable to control my hunger and I frequently experience strong cravings for sweets. Because of this, I find it difficult to maintain a calorie deficit consistently. I wanted to ask: Could this be related to any hormonal or metabolic issue? Would medications like GLP-1 agonists (such as semaglutide) be appropriate in my case for appetite control? If not, what would be the best medical or nutritional approach to manage hunger and cravings? My goal is to reduce body fat while preserving muscle, as I am regularly training. Thank you.

When I sleep suddenly I feel like my breathing is shortening then woke up, and my heart pounds like I could get a cardiac arrest. Please guide me.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? I am feeling weak and having dizziness since a week now, got few blood tests done but everything was in normal. I have chest pain since 5 days on exertion like when I am brisk walking I get breathlessness along with chest pain on left side of when I climb up stairs. Doctor advised me to do ecg and asked me to show the reports to her but due to some reasons I could not. I have attached my reports can you pls tell me what's in my ecg.

Hi my father went for angioplasty on March 25th last month and now he is doing well and recovering fine. Today we had the blood tests done and his esonophile count is too high. Please can you suggest anything.attaching the report .
