I am mrs saranga,female 51 I have 1. Shortness of breath while walking 2. Pain in backside of chest some time 3. Low hemoglobin and Iron deficiency as seen 8 month before in iron profile 4. Having fibroids in uterus resulting heavy,long and irregular periods Test done 1. ECG,TMT and 2 D echo -All normal 2.  CBC - hemoglobin 11 Iron deficiency 3. Lipid profile- High LDL,Low HDL ,High Triglycerides and total cholesterol is normal Medicine 1. Iron tablet 15 days in Month (not regular) 2. Taking pause tablet during first 3 days of period to control bleeding

I am a 28-year-old with Thyroid and a BMI of 32.0. I have been taking 50mcg of Thyroxine for one month, and my TSH is shigh at 10.5 mIU/L, and my HbA1c is 6.0%. Despite being physically active with swimming and recently started gyming, I am experiencing complete weight loss resistance and a high Visceral Fat level of 18. My biggest struggle right now is that I feel I have absolutely no control over my hunger; I experience intense 'food noise' and the urge to binge even immediately after eating full meals. I recently completed my Vitamin D treatment, but my metabolism feels completely stalled. I would like to know if my thyroid dose needs to be increased and if I am a candidate for Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) to help manage this uncontrollable hunger ?? I really want to lose weight as I'm out of energy and all day I feel inactive and sleepy

My mother has undergone cabg bypass surgery 20 days back and till now having constipation and stomach feels too tight all the time. Sore tongue and Loss of appetite also. What to do now. We have already gone for regular check up after 5  days before where some of the medications have been changed still all of the issues are  persistent.

Kindly guide my mother has been recently diagnosed with RHD-severe MR, mild TR , LVEF 45% dilated LV, LA in echo cardiogram report by a cardiologist. He gave concor, envos and aldactone...My mother is having some gastritis issue...she complains of pain in the abdomen near naval area...She also complains of fast heart rate...What to do at this stage? Shall we proceed for surgery?

My tsh levels are elevated. 7.4 The doctor hasn't prescribed me any meds yet. But I am experiencing extreme fatigue,hairfall, anxiety. All my other reports are normal except my tsh levels. Please advise if I can do anything without meds.
