I have done echo 5 years ago in which Left atrium was - 31 mm Now with other echo echo shows 40 mm LA size in two different echo centres Then I got worried and on internet I have seen term RCM releted Left atrium dialated this... Then I did 3 more echo from different centres.. 34, 33, 34 LA size came respectively...but at that time I was nervous and HR was above 100 -107... Other parameters was same and normal Ao- 3.0 cm Septal- 1.2 cm Posterior - 1.1 cm LV size - 4.3 cmm * 2.9 cm No PAH Trivial mr and trivial tr mild LVH Dystolic dysfunction grade 1 E/A ratio - 1.5 Pressure gradient 20 mmHg EF - 62% All values same as 5 years ago , only dystolic dysfunction grade 1 new Please guide

Hi, I have Pcos and I train at the gym and also do Pilates. But my weight doesn't go down. Even if does it stays the same on the scale. I have experienced rapid weight loss but it increases again. I manage my appetite and do physical activity. I am thinking about getting extra help just get the boast and reduce the right amount of weight. But I don't want to take GLP 1 for a longer period of time. I need advice if I do one month of it. Will it help me? If I continue with gym and Pilates?

My free t4 was 0.85 and on refrence range it was written normal 0.88 and my tsh was 1.1 ans I had weight gain problem is my thyroid normal

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this?
