GLP advice
Hi, I have Pcos and I train at the gym and also do Pilates. But my weight doesn't go down. Even if does it stays the same on the scale. I have experienced rapid weight loss but it increases again. I manage my appetite and do physical activity. I am thinking about getting extra help just get the boast and reduce the right amount of weight. But I don't want to take GLP 1 for a longer period of time. I need advice if I do one month of it. Will it help me? If I continue with gym and Pilates?

You can keep doing gym and exercise for the weight loss. Also try including more protein and calories restriction in your diet. Regarding GLP1 drugs, no you can't take for a month and then stop because there will be high chances of rebound weight gain.
Next Steps
You can look for other options of medications that are useful in both PCOS and weight loss. kindly get in touch for that.

I have reviewed your reports and the medications you’ve shared. Given your level of 167 pg/mL, we need to ensure this deficiency hasn't started affecting your nerve health or blood counts.
