Difference Between chest & Heart Pain

I am Unable to differentiate chest & Heart Pain actually I am in health anxiety all my reports are normal but some times I am geeting pain below left underarm , I HAVE DONE ECG , 2D Echo , LIPID PROFILE , LFT & CBP

If all the above heart related tests are normal, the pain that you have is not due to any cardiac cause, but most likely to be because of muscular pain or anxiety issues
